We have a fantastic display of AGA and Rayburn cookers and cookware and the store hosts regular Demonstrations on all aspects of AGA cooking. They start with the ‘A Day in the Life of an AGA’ which outlines the techniques all AGA owners need to get them started. If you have a favourite dish and you want to know how to cook it on the AGA come along to a Demonstration and you will find it easier than you ever thought possible. We also do specialised Demonstrations, so please see below for details of forthcoming events. Spaces, though, are limited so it is worth booking early to ensure your place.

Time to Love your AGA

Love your AGA even more.  You can now programme your AGA to suit your lifestyle.  The introduction of our new, authentic upgrade means you can set your much  loved AGA to work exactly how & when you want it.
As well as making sure you enjoy comfortable living & cooking temperature all day long, this could reduce the amount of energy your AGA uses, meaning the environment can benefit too.

REINVENT

Here's something you'll cherish as much as your AGA, the ability to programme it.  Thanks to our smart yet simple upgrade, your AGA will soon be catering to your requirements 24 hurs a day - on full power when you need it and sleeping when you don't.

It's an exciting first from AGA, one that opens up a whole new way of life.
Control the temperature in your kitchen
Enjoy lower settings in the summer
Switch it off when you go on holiday
Start up ready for when you return home
Reduce your running costs
Learn new ways to cook at lower temperatures with great results.

RESTORE
Is your AGA so well loved - and well used - that it would benefit from a facelift?  Damaged one of the hotplate covers with some over-enthusiastic cooking?  Want to change your AGA's colour to match your kitchen?  There's a huge array of authentic replacement parts available to restore your AGA's natural beauty.

RENEW
Always dreamed of an additional oven or alternative fuel type? We can trade up your AGA to an improved model.  We can also take your old model away - and recycle it so you AGA continues to live on.

Do you recycle your used ink cartridges?
If not, bring them into the AGA Shop Truro and we can send them off to help provide more guide dog and assist mobility services for blind and partially sighted people throughout the UK
For every inkjet cartridge donated, the £1 raised will feed a guide dog puppy for a day.
For every 10 inkjet cartridges donated, the money raised will support a guide dog partnership for a day.
As such, we need those cartridges that would normally be thrown away to really make

Handy Hint: Cooking Pasta in the Ovens
We all know about the 7-10 minute principle for cooking on the tops of an AGA. We must keep the lids down as much as possible. You may think, however, that items like pasta can only be cooked on the top. Not so! If you boil your pasta in well salted water in a large open pan on the boiling plate for 3 minutes and then transfer, covered, to the simmering oven for a further 7minutes

The Store
The Truro Shop on Quay Street, just off the piaza, has a full range of AGA and Rayburn appliances in many of the available colours. We also cover the 3 range cookers that are included within the AGA brand. We also offer a wide range of cookware items for use on the cooker itself. For a brochure, or to see for yourself the range we carry, simply come into the shop, call us on 01872 278 901 or e-mail us on
