The AGA Shop, Thame, offers everything the AGA owner could possibly need. You don’t even need to own an AGA to enjoy our wide selection of cookware and giftware items, as their appeal is universal and will adorn any kitchen. So next time you’re in the area, feel free to come in and browse around. What makes our showroom so special is that we have many appliances on show in a range of various colours, featuring a live AGA and Rayburn, which are regularly used to produce some of the mouthwatering recipes taken from Mary Berry’s books and many others. Among our display of cookers we also feature the AGA Refrigerator and Freezer. As well as AGA's conventional range cookers the S Series and the Masterchef. We are expecting a wider range of AGA woodburning stoves. At present we have the Little Wenlock on display.

OUR SHOP
Our shop is located in the very heart of the market town of Thame on one of the broadest high streets in the country. There is a farmers’ market on Tuesdays. Free parking is a real bonus. Thame is a beautiful historic town with a unique range of independent shops. We bake almost every day on our live Aga and Rayburn so please drop in for a cup of tea and a piece of cake whe you are next passing.

MEET THE SHOP MANAGER
Julie started in February 2008 having been at the High Wycombe store previously. Julie is an Aga owner and has been with Aga for 3 years.

"I have always lived with an Aga, the only exception being my time away at college. I remember my parents riddling the solid fuel Aga and going without supper if the fire had been neglected. That Aga was converted to oil and eventually replaced with a gas Aga. I now own a 13amp 3 oven with AIMS which is brilliant because I am in the shop 5 days a week and my Aga has a snooze while I work. Fortunately it never sleeps late and is always ready for action when I get home!"

MEET THE TEAM
Hayley has been with us at Thame since October 08 and was previously at the Aga Shop in High Wycombe. Hayley has a great deal of knowlege of both Aga and Rayburns as she offers a house sitting service looking after dogs, horses AND Agas!

Lynne (or 'Little Legs' as she is affectionatley known) has been with Aga for nearly two years and has had her own aga for 11 years. Lynne has a 2 oven oil Aga with module attached. Lynne is a great hit with our customers as she is always so bubbly and helpful.

Sam has been with us for 2 years. You can usualy find her up to her elbows in cake mix on a Saturday as she loves to bake on our 'no paperwork day!'

NEWS
Country Life Competition Winner - Mrs Burnett

Mrs Burnett - competition winnerThe lovely Mrs Burnett (pictured with Aga engineers Paul and Tom) was delighted to win a 3 oven limited production Duck Egg Blue AGA after entering the Country Life competition.

It was Mrs Burnetts 'big' birthday this year and her wish came true as all she wanted was an AGA.

Installation day arrived and Paul and Tom began the build which went very smoothly considering Mrs Burnetts new puppy who was intent on undoing everybodys shoelaces!

As the AGA was given a final polish I arrived to present Mrs Burnett with a bouquet of flowers and a cake we had made in the shop earlier.

We are pleased the Duck Egg Blue AGA has gone to such a nice home and confident it will serve them well.  Congratulations Mrs Burnett!
