THE NEW PEARL IN OUR CROWN!

The Bolton shop is thrilled to announce the arrival of our new showroom display AGA cooker. The AGA is a 2 oven night storage electric model in the stunning AGA/Fired Earth colour of 'Pearl Ashes'.

The 30amp night store AGA is powered by a unique heat storage system where electricity is charged and stored overnight witin the cooker's core and released as heat energy throughout the 24 hour period. Typically used where uses have a 'split' electricity meter, the night storage AGA offers lower running costs and exceptional performance.

(Available in both 2 and 4oven cooker only models. The AIMS system can not be fitted to this cooker.)

BARTON GRANGE GARDEN CENTRE GARSTANG - FOOD AND DRNK FESTIVAL

On Sunday 22nd August 2010, Dean and Pat gave demonstrations on AGA cooking as part of Barton Grange's Food and Drink festival. With themes such as 'AGA Breakfast', 'Light Lunches' and 'AGA Afternoon Tea', customers were able to experience the ease of AGA cooking and the deliciousness of AGA cooked food. Local butchery specialists Honeywell's demonstrated the ease of roasting with beautifully cooker beef and freshly prepared chicken liver pate. Barton Grange's customers certainly went home with a fully tummy!

BOLTON IN-STORE EVENTS & COOKERY DEMONSTRATIONS.

Common AGA misconceptions:
1. You can't stir fry on an AGA.
2. AGA's are slow cookers.
3  AGA's have small ovens.
4. AGA's lose their stored heat.
5. AGA's are old fashioned and don't fit into a modern kitchen.

An AGA demonstration is the ideal way to dispel the myths and see what an AGA is really capable of and how versatile it can be. Whether you are thinking of buying an AGA, an experienced user or you have inherited an AGA in your new home our demonstrations will advise you on the ease with which you can get the best efficiency and economy from your heat storage cooker. We offer three main types of demonstration:

DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN AGA
This unique demonstration is aimed at new and prospective AGA and Rayburn users. From steaming vegetables in the oven to stir frying this informal demonstration lasting about 90 minutes shows you just how easy an AGA is to use and why an AGA is so much more than just a cooker.

THEME DEMONSTRATIONS
We are always being asked for specialist demonstrations that focus on one type of cuisine. Whether it be baking, fish or Christmas then a theme demonstration is an excellent way to perfect your culinary skills and produce some truly mouth watering dishes.

OPEN DAYS:
Our informal open days are a 'pop in' type of event during which the AGA Shop team or AGA demonstrator use the AGA throughout the day. With the opportunity to talk on a one to one basis, open days are an ideal way to have your AGA questions answered.

Pictured right are students from Ajay's School Of Song 'N' Dance who recently wowed customers with some of their amazng dance routines at a recent open day.

ONE TO ONE - THE AGA TEST DRIVE.
We are also delighted to be able to offer AGA and Rayburn heat storage cooker one to ones, a personalised mini demonstration with a member of the AGA Shop team that allows you to take control and experience first hand the wonder and ease of AGA cooking. To book an appointment that suits your diary please contact the showroom.

To request a demonstration programme or to book for an event please call (01257) 485761 or email us at bolton@aga-web.co.uk.

THE FREE OF CHARGE HOME SURVEY:
Now you have seen the AGA in action let us help you easily install it.

Our free of charge home survey takes all the worry out of buying a new AGA. Our Project Managers Andrew, Michael  and Graham are all AGA owners and have years of survey and installation experience. They can meet you on site or in the shop to look at new build plans. We will advise on fuel and flues and endeavour to make fitting the AGA as simple as possible. Surveys last about an hour and allow you to discover just how easily an AGA can be accomodated to provide the heart of your home.

Customers looking at Rayburn Heatranger models will be directed to members of the Rayburn Guild, a list of Gas Safe Register and Oftec registered independent heating engineers who are authorised to install and service Rayburn products. Please note that some engineers may charge for Heatranger surveys. Solid Fuel Heatranger customers will need to source a qualified HETAS registered heating engineer.

AGA AUTHENTIC UPGRADE PROGRAMME:
AGA offer three exciting opportunities for AGA owners to upgrade their existing AGA:

RE-INVENT allows you to add the innovative AGA Intelligent Management System (AIMS) to your cooker so that it is only a full temperature when you need to be. At other times it will be in ‘low’ or ‘slumber’ mode, reducing the heat output into the kitchen and conserving fuel!

RESTORE allows to to upgrade the exterior of your AGA to make it look like new! We can change the domes, the black top or you can change the colour to suit your décor

RENEW allows you to trade in your existing AGA for a new model. Your existing AGA will be recycled and will form part of a new one. Indeed, over 70% of an AGA comes from recycled material.
