Meet the team at The Aga Factory Shop
The team of staff at the Aga Factory Shop are very friendly and welcoming. Whatever your needs the staff – Heather (Manager), Trish (Team Leader), Joanne and Jenny (Part-time Sales Advisors), will endeavour to meet them.
Heather, the Manager, has over 5 years experience with Aga. Trish and Joanne have been at the shop since it opened its doors in 2001, and they all have great knowledge and understanding of the appliances and cookware. Jenny joined the team recently but has a good product background having worked at Head Office a few years ago.
A 'Must Do' visit
When visiting Ironbridge, Coalbrookdale or Telford, everyone wants to have a quick visit to The Aga Factory Shop. Whether it’s an extension of the Telford Town Centre shopping experience or to purchase a cast iron souvenir of your trip to the ‘Birthplace of Industry’, the chance of a bargain and the certainty of a welcome means this Aga Shop is on the shopping list of many. The shop always has good quality seconds and discontinued lines of cookware as well as the current CookShop cookware collection. Regular demonstrations on the Aga and Rayburn are also held on the premises – call or drop in for details on how to book.

"East Meets West" - Demonstration - On Friday 4th April we held a demonstration held by Peter Hughes, "East meets West". The customers and staff throughly enjoyed the evening and learnt alot and the food, as you can see from the pictures below, was absolutley delicious!!

"Bread and Baking - Demonstration" - On Thursday 17th April Marcia Poole conducted a Bread and Baking demonstration on the Aga in the Factory Shop and made some delicious breads and cakes. The customers that attended remarked on how delicious the food was.
